The Labs21 2007 Annual Conference was held at the Charleston Area Convention Center Complex (CACCC) in North Charleston, South Carolina. In combination with the Embassy Suites Convention Center Hotel, the CACCC offers over 40,000 square feet of meeting space in addition to its 75,000 square foot exhibit hall.

Located centrally between the Charleston International Airport and the historic district, the CACCC provides quick access to the beautiful and historic Charleston area. It is also connected by an indoor walkway to the Embassy Suites Hotel where rooms were held for Labs21 Conference attendees.

The CACCC helped to reduce the environmental impact of the Labs21 2007 Annual Conference through such efforts as:

  • Recycling conference wastes (e.g., paper, cardboard, aluminum)
  • Recycling waste grease from the kitchen
  • Use of daylighting

For more information, visit the CACCC website.
