High Performance Hospitals: Technical Challenges, Sustainable Solutions

Hospital owners, managers, designers, and builders were all encouraged to attend this fascinating symposium, which focused on some of the technical challenges facing today's high performance hospitals. As with our nation's laboratories, hospitals must deal with a range of safety concerns and energy demands that might complicate the commissioning process. Our panel of experts explored these challenges and offered suggestions for improving hospital sustainability without sacrificing performance.
