Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15 options

Unfortunately, there are currently no rooms available at the Westin or the Kimpton Hotel Monaco (and most hotels near the convention center) on Saturday night, October 15, due to the Pittsburgh Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers home games. We have negotiated rates at two hotels for Friday and Saturday nights ONLY for those coming in early for pre-conference workshops; attendees can then move to hotels closer to David L. Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC) starting Sunday night for convenience and to receive I2SL's negotiated lower rates. Saturday hotel options are about a 7- to 10-minute drive (Uber, taxi, etc.) to the DLCC and are unfortunately not walkable. If you stay at a far hotel Saturday night, feel free to bring your luggage with you to the DLCC, and we can store it during pre-conference workshops until you can check in at the Westin or another nearby hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience during this busy time in the city of Pittsburgh!

Valet parking at the convention center is available for $32 plus tax per day, and self-serve is $24 plus tax daily.

Hotel and Attendee List Phishing Alert!

Don't be fooled by emails or phone calls from people claiming to be from official housing companies for the 2022 I2SL Conference or lead generators trying to sell you I2SL attendee lists. We are not working with anyone outside of the Westin Pittsburgh, nor do we sell our attendee lists to third parties. We only share our attendee lists with exhibitors prior to the conference for onsite networking and marketing purposes, and please know that our websites and databases are secure.

All official 2022 I2SL Annual Conference correspondence will come from info@i2sl.org or i2sl@erg.com.

Any emails claiming conference hotel deals or attendee lists for sale should be ignored as any SPAM message you receive. Should you receive any emails of concern, please contact I2SL.

COVID-19 Information

The safety and health of our attendees is our greatest concern. Marriott International has implemented brand-wide safety and cleaning procedures to keep their guests safe. The Westin Pittsburgh is also regularly updating their website about what you can expect during your visit to the hotel, based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance.

The hotel is offering contactless check-in, enhanced sanitizing of public areas, and modified daily room servicing to limit contact between guests and staff. Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival, and refreshment of towels and sheets is still available upon request.
