Following their well-attended debut at the Labs21 2010 Annual Conference, select 2011 exhibitors presented Technology Demonstrations, which are educational presentations that feature an exhibitor's equipment, during the Technology and Services Fair. These demonstrations gave attendees the chance to see how various industry tests and procedures are performed. The demonstrations also gave vendors the opportunity to showcase their sustainable technology by featuring their product in action.

the catering tables in the back of the exhibit hall.
