Technology and Services Fair Schedule

The Technology and Services Fair was open from:

  • 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24
  • 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25

Special focus was on the exhibit hall during the Technology Demonstrations, which took place from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

I2SL offers continuing education credits for many of its pre-conference training sessions and technical sessions.

Conference attendees received a hard copy attendance form to record the education credits that they earned.

    Half-day workshops on sustainable laboratory and high-tech building concepts
  • Opening Plenary Session
    Formal opening of the conference, including a keynote presentation
  • Technical Sessions
    Presentations from industry professionals on improving sustainability of laboratories and high-tech facilities
  • Technology Demonstrations
    Exhibitors showcase the sustainable aspects of their equipment
  • Symposia
    Detailed presentations on topics of interest to the I2SL Community, including dynamic panel discussions
  • Posters
    Interesting projects showcasing some of the world's most innovative designs, engineering systems, and laboratory equipment
  • Technology and Services Fair
    Manufacturers and service providers exhibit the products that make them unique to the needs of high-performance facilities
  • Working Group Meetings
    Small group discussions on open-ended topics
  • Morning Roundtable Sessions
    A quick introduction followed by open discussion
  • Tool-Torial Sessions
    An introduction to tools and resources that the audience can use to improve their facility's energy efficiency, followed by open discussion
  • Roll Up Your Sleeves Roundtables
    Informal working sessions to gain insight, experience, and ideas from conference attendees on new or retrofit projects
  • Receptions and Offsite Tours
    Networking receptions and site visits to some of the area's unique and sustainable high-tech facilities
  • Technology and Services Fair Evening Reception
    Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages are provided, and vendors and conference attendees can mingle and talk casually
  • Closing Reception
    Brief closing remarks accompanied by light hors d'oeuvres and beverages
